NOTE - Before checking out you must meet our low 50.00 dollar order minimum.

Please sign up for an account, It makes it easy to see shipping rates for your area and also our shopping cart will hold your items for 90 days, more if you keep adding items to it within those 90 days - similar to a wish list.

NOTE: You do not need to have a Paypal account to purchase with Paypal now.  Note that when you pay with Paypal checkout, you will be taken to Paypal's very secure pages to purchase with your credit card of choice.


We generally mail orders within 2 to 7 business days - depending on how busy we are - business days are considered Mon. through Fri. excluding holidays.

The exception to the above is if the 'product listing' says differently - some product lines have custom attributes/stone choices etc. and shipping time may vary - as stated in listings.

Most orders are set up for flat rate shipping with tracking to customers in the United States.

Priority shipping 2 day by request - we will send you an invoice by Paypal for the extra cost or make a listing for extra cost if you do not use Paypal.

For international shipments - please contact us, at this time the website is not set up for international.  

*You can order by Email - we can set up a special reserved listing for you with actual shipping costs.This is the best we can do right now because of the site-builder limitations.

 NOTE: All International Shipments sent through the United States Postal (USPS) and documented by a USPS Receipt. This is our proof that your items were shipped. Please allow up to 30 days before reporting a package not received.*

Customs, duties, collection and VAT are the sole responsibility of the buyer. If a package is returned to us - not picked up by you due to your countries tax. We will credit for the item(s) (not including original shipping or any other fees we are charged for the return).



Return Policy - Refunds and Exchanges

We stand behind our items and want you to be very happy with your order. Returns have to be approved - please contact for RNA number and approval and ship back within 14 days of receiving your order.
*To ship items back you must contact us BEFORE returning and have an approval number,
*Items must be in perfect condition and in original packing - items returned must be shipped back within 14 day of receiving your order. Please allow time for us to examine and approve returns.
*Buyers remorse returns will be refunded minus our shipping costs.*

Please note and agree with our terms above - shipping fees will not be returned for items held in customs and not picked up by you the customer.
We will refund or exchange (if possible) If you receive a defective item or order error.
We try to be very accurate in our descriptions and pictures and check our products carefully before shipping.

We cannot give refunds on Custom/ Made to Order items. Each Custom/ Made to Order item is created just for you. Contact us if you are not satisfied. We will be happy to try and work things out with you.
